The Mecca USA – “ Hit us with your best shot” – Contest Official Rules
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.
1. HOW TO ENTER: Submit a photo of yourself wearing Mecca USA or Supernatural Inc Design to:
Photocontest@meccausa.com. Contest submission period begins August 16th – October 31st, 2011. Released Parties (as defined below) are not responsible for lost, late, incorrect, incomplete, stolen, garbled, misdirected, undelivered or delayed entries or for entries not received by specified deadline; or for electronic, network, telephone-line or computer failures or malfunctions, for errors, omissions, interruptions, deletions, defects, or delays in operations or transmission of information, whether arising by way of technical or other failures or malfunctions of the Sponsors’ electronic or computer systems, data corruption or similar causes; or for printing, distribution, production, human or other errors relating to or in connection with the Contest, including, without limitation, errors in any advertising materials, the administration of the Contest, the processing of entries or the announcement of the prize. All entries become the property of Sponsor ( Mecca USA) and will not be returned.
2. PRIZE DETAIL: 1st Prize- $500 Mecca USA Wardrobe + $ 100 Visa Gift Card.
2nd Prize – $ 250 Mecca USA Wardrobe + $50 Visa Gift Card.
3rd Prize – $100 Mecca USA Wardrobe + $ 25 Visa Gift card.
Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of comparable or greater value, at its sole discretion. Prizes are not transferable. Federal, state and local taxes, if any, and all costs and expenses associated with the acceptance or use of any prize not specified herein as being awarded are the sole responsibility of the winner. 3. DRAWING AND AWARDING OF PRIZES: Winner(s) will be determined from among all eligible entries received by the end of the Contest period. Judging will be by a panel of Mecca USA Staff, whose decisions are final on all matters relating to the contest. Winner will be notified by e-mail and/or phone-call.
Winner(s) may be required to sign and return an affidavit of eligibility, a liability release and where legal, a publicity release within fourteen (14) days of prize notification. In the event of noncompliance within this time period, with these Official Rules or if prize or prize notification is returned as undeliverable, prize may be forfeited and, at Sponsor’s discretion, awarded to an alternate winner.
4. ODDS OF WINNING: Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
5. ELIGIBILITY: Promotion open to Mecca USA and Supernatural Inc fans worldwide. All employees, and their immediate families (spouse, parent, sibling or child or their respective spouses) or those residing in the same households of employees, whether related or not, of Sponsor, Mecca USA and their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, and advertising, promotion and production agencies are not eligible to enter or to win the prize in this Contest. Void where prohibited. Contest is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws.
6. GENERAL: By entering, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor and judges, which are final and binding on all matters. Entry constitutes permission for Sponsor and its designees to use the winner’s name, city and state of residence and/or likeness for advertising, promotional and other purposes in any and all media now or hereafter known throughout the world in perpetuity, without further compensation, notification and permission, except where prohibited by law. Sponsor,Mecca USA and their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, and advertising, promotion and production agencies, and all of the respective officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents of the forgoing entities (collectively, the “Released Parties”) shall have no liability and shall be held harmless for any damage, loss or liability to person or property, due in whole or part, directly or indirectly, by reason of the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of prize or participation in this Contest. Any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Contest, or any prize awarded, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by arbitration. Any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this Contest, but in no event attorney’s fees. In the event of a dispute regarding the identity of an Internet entrant, such entry will be deemed to be made by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address submitted at the time of entry if selected as a winner. “Authorized account holder” is deemed as the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, service provider or other online organization that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. If for any reason the Contest is not capable of running as planned, including bugs, viruses, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud or other causes which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Contest, Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify and/or suspend the Contest and to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, violate these Official Rules, or act in a disruptive manner. In the event Contest is terminated, Sponsor reserves the right to award prize in a random drawing from among all eligible, non-suspect entries received for the applicable drawing up to time of such action.
7. WINNER LIST: Winners will be announced and posted on November 3rd, 2011 on Mecca USA Website and Mecca USA Facebook fan page.
Winners will be contacted prior to the announcement via email and/or phone call.
